this stock has been ramped from pillar to post by certain member in HC, this stock has been going backwards for a very long time, it seems they are operating more inline with a government agencies inefficiency 30 years ago. You cant go on missing deadline and timelines and cost overruns over and over again..
They should just give the cash back to shareholders and move on.
