Thanks for the advice, I have since engaged a legal eagle to help with this fiasco.
Mac bank offered to take the obligations of holders with
50000 or less shares but did nothing for the others.
A good way for them to divide and conquer, first get all the mom & pop investors away then sue the rest, that way there is less outcry.
Unethical in my book, and could be discrimatory??
