IMO the regulatory aspect of rehabilitating written off
wrecks (restorable) is a political issue in that it needs
amended States' legislation protect consumers.
While PPSRs indicate whether a vehicle is on the WOVR,
most first time WOVR car. users dont realise the downfalls
such as those above.
