The ball is clearly in EHH's court, and one would think that they are aware of these requirements, and are doing everything to get this company back up and trading.

(Conspiracy Theory..........with all the news re Chinese sanctions against Australia, does the Chinese Government have a role in EHH's behaviour?)

I would have thought that the attitude of the Chinese government towards Australia is almost certainly a factor in the miserable failure of this company to produce its financial report. About time they at least updated us on what's going on. Obviously, the longer this goes on, the less likely it is that EHH will ever trade again.
