    Ladies and gents,

I have 30 min ago sent correspondence to Mr Askin seeking his and Mr Dunmore's resignations on the basis that they are their directorship positions illegally.

The basis of my request is very simple and I explain

Shareholders received a document for the 2 p.m. meeting stating

“ The Chairman intends to vote undirected proxies in favour of each item of business”

At the 2.pm. meeting on 22 June 2012 I also heard Mr Askin say that he intended to cast all proxies held by him in favour of each item of business.

When you look at the ANN on Monday, it is clear that votes have been cast in the opposite fashion, thereby saving the seats of Mr Askin and Mr Dunmore.

Had the votes been placed in the “for” box for the removal of Mr Askin, Dunmore and Faull, that would have meant that they would have been removed.

I anticipate that Mr Palmer may well be amending his application to the Supreme Court as we read.

The mind boggles and the thot plickens.

    Kind regards

    CB
