No point voting the Board out after they have failed!
Our money will be gone and it's all too late!
What Bob is trying to do is protect his substantial investment and if you have followed the Board actions over the past 5 years (every day as I have) you too should be concerned as many others did who voted as the Chairman only scraped in by Proxys!
Bob is indeed trying to protect our investment and remove the Chairman BEFORE they fail!!!
Had the Chairman had an easy win I would understand your position! But that is not the case!
