I think this might be a bit different to you and the rebels redirecting your committed votes completely from JH to Cottee, where you did not at least give JH a chance of winning.

Talk about deserting the ship, and disloyalty.

From my understanding, the Chairman can vote proxies as he likes, ... why would he vote against his own board and interests?

Just point out to me where on the paperwork it says what you are grasping for straws about, now on JH and CP's behalf.
