It appears that you now wish to say Oh yes but the statement to shareholders recommends that the shareholders vote in accordance with the directors recommendations.

Now do you really think that a person who signed the proxy form is entitled to be a bit miffed and don't you think the Courts may take a dim view about that departure from the signed authority.
