So let me see if I have that right.

Some 205 million votes were cast at the meeting by either Mr Askin or Mr Whittle, now that may just represent quite a few people who may not have found out any other way,

I don't think Mr Askin will tell the market about my letter, and I don't have the locations of all those holders of the 205 mill.

So perhaps you can understand that those people who may be a tad upset oubout the situation may like to know about it.

I am sure if I had not said what I have done and it came out some one (like you) may well have said why didn't I inform the shareholders.
