Two points,

Firstly I said I would try to remove myself from arguing for one side or the other.

Today I have made factual posts. It is a fact that the sentence was on the proxy voting form. I have said that it is obviously an oversight. I didn't say something like "only an idiot would make such a mistake" or "hahah I'm so glad he's stuffed up again". I tried to avoid any tone to the post whatsoever. Whatever way you look at it, it is a mistake, and some judges will look on it seriously.

However, that is different if you and others are going to make personal comments against a poster, which are unfounded. You made a comment about CB having been missing (I can't remember the nasty turn of phrase you used). I pointed out that it had been stated before that he didn't have a laptop with him in Perth, and he had been seriously unwell.

Finally, Vaga - you know what the moderators will say. If you don't care for CB's posts then put him on ignore.
