    I guess, simply, who ever creates and deploys the individual components as a "working" entire "eco-system" as displayed in that diagram (very similar or the same as Wrkr's entire platform) with the potential of being able to promote one of the worlds best security systems, such as TRANSMIT, to completely avoid those cyber vulnerabilities.... should become the platform of choice.
