It would be nice @patawalonga but I think Wrkr will be bought out before such lofty highs but I may be wrong who knows.
Paygroup was bought out by Deel an American payroll group for a cash offer of $1.00.
Paygroup at the time (late 2022) was trading at 36.5c. The offer was a 172.4% premium to the then market price.
Wrkr had entered into an MOU with Paygroup (which was made up by a group of companies; Astute, Payroll HQ, iWS & PayAsia).
As far as I know, the MOU is still in place and Wrkr have been talking to Deel management re the Wrkr platform services.
