One other avenue to look down is the ATO site. I recently went to download a tax declartion form. You now have the option to do it and super for new employer there, if they are registered.
I recall we were working with Government Departments, non specific, but th as t may have changed. They are definitely moving toward paperless. Working out where we are in all the framework is a bit beyond me.
