Buggar the US report. China is rolling again. The government started trying out the idea of subsidizing purchase of fridges, washing machines, cellphones etc at 13% in the countryside. Sales volumes are rocketing. China will roll out this scheme to the whole rural population. This is aimed specifically at stimulating domestic consumption. Watch out.
