I realised from your comments below, that we have lost sight of how the Wrkr technology has evolved and now interacts with its market participants.

It is a collection of management's explanations of the product / services that make up the current Wrkr Platform with some comments from myself and observations.
Taking a chorological approach, you can clearly see how the platform (service /products) have/are developing.
I found answer to things I guessed about before and a better understanding of how the platform in time, should interact with the individual end user (employee/ member) if the Company continues this path of development of the platform.
