if they're manually entering details in, we are screwed. There is not a patform out there that wouldnt be able to integrate from a speadsheet.
Why would wrkr want to go private? besides not wanting to deal with shareholders..Possibly their long term plans wouldnt be allowed by asx.
Jocko mentioned us moving in to payroll and finance. Paidright wants to have the maximum market they can get. They do payroll complicance. Would be a no brainer to integrate that. Would we partner or buy? Would there be an issue with Trent and Duncan owning it?
Why is it taking so long to progress? If it is sunsuper, their merger moght be the issue. They were talking of up to two years to fully integrate the two super funds.
