I agree with both Norvest and Ian.The cash burn is not sustainable without a significant new client (or clients) and Mid March would appear to be the time to announce a substantial income increase through this, or explain plan B. I appreciate the progress made in the architecture of the platform, I like the fact that no clients appear to have been lost on the transition, I like the signing up of small and new clients. I understand the need for confidentiality whilst the negotiations are in progress. It is a concern that Sun Super makes up such a high percentage of the client base, we need more clients of that size.I need an explanation on how the data gained can be monetized without alienating the customer base.
In Trent we trust there is no need for plan B, but....
