so here is my rsmbling thoughts..
WRKR is a hire to retire. To date we are mainly selling the superannuation compliance.
Lets go back to hire, when someone is onboarded, they give the usual details. From there admin input data including pay. Now that can be award wage or negotiated.

We then have superannuation. However, if the pay rate inc penalties isnt correct, then superannuation isnt.
Paidright provide a service where the system analises the award and provides the correct pay when timesheet is entered. We need paidright.
Im becoming more convinced that Trent found IP1 when doing due diligence at PwC.
WRKR platform was designed for companies like this.
The SP stayed stable today which suggests those who are are in, are staying in. At the end of the day, we have a business that makes money and people are always going to work. I still think the seller is Don (dont blame him), its been an orderly sale with no real dumping . How many shares has he got left?
