    I did have my concerns about management as well when I did my initial evaluation of WRM. My conclusion to move forward and invest was Last Chance has the potential to make management look brilliant. When you get really lucky, sometimes it's good enough. I rarely invest under these situations, but having QH and other North American investors put serious dollars into WRM added to my confidence level.
