nine lives i did the same thing as you did a few days earlier, swapped for CVI at around 15.5 on the day it had the decent rise. I held MPO all way up to 35c and all the way back down (young and dumb), but i have learnt since then to start protecting my profits which is why i sold now. While imo the cappers keep standing over it, makes it darn hard to see some gains. But yeah i think theres a descending triangle there now, be interesting to see which way it breaks, hopefully UP for all those holding.
