I wanted to catch a falling knife, but I cannot find much information on this company so I am staying away, but I thought to share a few thoughts.

1. Chairman and CEO is 29, given the company is market leader in Chinese agriculture there are not much information on this guy (on chinese website and english websites), besides the articles about the company being on ASX etc.

2. You go to their website/subsidary website, I couldn't figure out how to buy their produce.

3. There are multiple companies in the town the operations is based in with the name [DongFang/HuaXia/YuanShan] modern agriculture ltd.

4. The DongFang manager in China is/was also an employee of Yuan Shan, coincidence?

5. Did a quick search on Tmall (Chinese ecommerce site) I couldn't find these guys, unless they operated another name???

6. Spectacular/exponential growth for a company started in 2005 (when the CEO was 18)
