I admire your gall.

Those who actually look at the 10 year chart will see mostly long term swings (a year or two) as you obviously see, but they will see the range has lowered a lot over the decade. They will also see a period or two with multiple shallower swings.

Predicting buy sell points is never as simple as you suggest, or else you’d be too rich to still be here.

Changing my sentiment to hold given the sp rise.
