Unfortunately I'm not on free WiFi at the moment so I can't investigate this for myself, well I suppose really I mean I don't want to pay for it. But am I right in the understanding that I have gathered that the directors of wsa have negligible shareholding in it? I've kind of decided not to participate in the spp because a; it's not pro-rata and b; their registry has been useless enough not to send the form by email. It's hard enough doing this stuff from NZ and no way can I do it by just ringing up the registry and doing it over the phone as they suggest in their latest email without an Australian transaction account. But looking for further justification not to.
