    It’s the relevant reference price immediately prior to the speculation that drove the price higher. I’ll guarantee you it will be quoted by IGO if they bid.
    It makes logical sense and has been used in hundreds of M&A deals…in fact probably every one of them. And yes I have experience in the area.
