So for my own understanding, if IGO pay for the acquisition by issuing IGO shares to swap for all the WSA shares, at some agreed fair value.
The net result on IGO's share price should be zero*? As they have acquired an asset of equivalent value?
*the disclaimer though would be that IGO wouldn't be doing this if they didn't think they could create more value right? So based on that, there should be a small uptick in IGO's SP?
