Can we assume, therefore, BHP is unlikely to bid for WSA?

I am interested in WSA, & want to buy more nickel stocks.

My concern, however, is that IGO SP has risen from $8.70 on 13.10.21, to $9.88 today- thus, its share price increase has made an all scrip offer more "feasible/"- giving IGO greater purchasing power, compared to an all cash takeover.

I don't want IGO scrip, & I would prefer an all-cash offer, if a T/O were to occur. For this reason, I am not willing to buy WSA now.
