WSA buy?

This stock came to my attention by the hot copper losers section as they lost 19.2% on Friday the reason for the loss seems to be the change in substantial holding which I don't think merits the major loss in share price. WSA has had some major drops recently in the past, for example, the time period of August 19th, 2016 to August 30th after the price drop WSA recovered and that's what I expect to occur now. Always remember I am not a financial expert share trading is merely a hobby of mine and do your own research before buying in.
