you obviously didn't/don't know how to do your research.
if you looked at the annual report you would have realised that 75% of shareholders own less than 5,000 shares in the company.
you obviously don't know that you don't have to be an existing shareholder to have taken part in the placement. you just had to be a client of UBS.
