The recent article in the AFR referred to it been subject to a confidentiality agreement if my memory serves me correct.

I am somewhat surprised ASX has not pushed this point but as a shareholder it has not overly stressed me as from what I can research the key stakeholders rewards will come through a strong share price.

I am sure that Lindstrom ?? will be getting his pound of flesh but also without him CHM would have got nothing as the GFC put an end to any chance of a capital raising.
