Suggest you have a look at MLS. The posts and confidence sounded like here until the court passed judgement. MLS lost and the SP dropped 50%, but it has other projects that probably saved its skin.
If you are buying CHM you are just betting on the court outcome. Nothing wrong with betting on the case. It's an all or nothing punt.
