I agree, you never know what or when the market is going to decide that they like the outlook for stocks like this - or not. JBM takeover was $23/share and Ni had peaked and come back down to earth, from memory $12-$13/pound. JBM peaked at about $24.29 as traders expected another bid that never came.
I bought JBM at $4.15 and added at higher prices, but that was only a couple of years before the takeover, and it spent a lot of that time below $10. If the Asian commodity supercycle gets back into gear in the next year or so, WSA will fare well IMO.
