I keep track of all tenement activity across WA and noticed the following (also posted on the WSA thread):

Western Platinum NL (subsidiary of WSA), forgot to renew their tenement E45/1435.

There were 4 applicants for the ground that all lodged their apps yesterday 08:30AM at the Marble Bar court. These were:

E45/3541 through to E45/3544....

Applicants will go for a ballot draw:

1. Venus Resources
2. Ilmenite Resources
3. & 4. private people

WSA has spent over 3 million bucks on E45/1435!! what a bause up by the company!!!

WSA can try to appeal on the basis the cash they spent on it they should know the mining act and keep track of their tenements! But under the current government, IMO they lost it! It forms part of the "Oakover Project".

ps. I know nothing about WSA and I dont hold this stock. Just my observations of tenement activity in WA!
