You have to be kidding?! There are other stocks in the sector around that market cap with almost 10 times the revenue and order book. Unlike WSI, these stocks are profitable and have a diversified order book.

WSI is now arguably the most overvalued and riskiest stock in the sector IMO.

Feb half yearly report showed WSI move to a loss. This was before the severe labour shortages kicked in. Almost all WSI contracts are in WA where labour is now extremely scarce so margins will be impacted indefinitely. So the chances of the full year results being anything other than awful are very remote IMO.

Who cares what the quarterly shows — cashflow means nothing when you are operating at a loss!

No idea who is buying/pumping this dog up here but look out below because the fundamentals don’t look good at this valuation. To all those still holding, count your blessings for this crazy vertical pump the last two weeks and take profits before the dump!

1.2 > 2.8 in just a couple of weeks on no material news… possibly insider trading if there’s something ‘good’ coming out but even then the share price will almost definitely tank after.

Fair value for WSI is at best 1.6c if they are making a loss/breakeven but if they can sqeeze out a small profit (despite the first half loss) maybe 2c. Unfortunately this stock doesn’t ever deliver consistent growing profits and now with the labour market shortages it’s probably going to take a few years to get margins back on track.
