They are already on the job so could have been told they’ve got the contract but formal contract hasn’t been signed so can’t announce it.
Not sure about value of contract but last update from ABC said total project was worth $230m. Lots of unknowns but normally our works would be 30-50% of project costs. Obviously all speculation until we get announcement from company.
