Hi Swap,

"Centro...has offered to allow at least $1 billion of the debt to EVENTUALLY convert into equity".

I wonder how significant the word eventually is in that sentence?!

Is that a hint that the negotiations involve a hybrid that converts to equity down the track, which presumably will allow the share price to recover in time and preserve some value for current holders?
