I had a similar read tototy re: Moly. I know one of the d@mning things in the lawsuit is where they made forward statements and didn't have the requisite forward statement warnings. I have a feeling they made statements re: capabilities they do not have.
I have also wondered and hope they get decent drill results.
I see the purchase of Neo as an attempt to paper over deficiencies, along with it being good strategy.
I have no idea about the approval, that is beyond my ability to assess, but when it comes to Moly, something is rotten in Denmark.
