Perhaps Dub but the tag line in the initial post is misleading in what it says

Ms Shelton has written for Gata before and it a regular contributor on the wsj opinion section, mostly relating to a new financial system (which is explained better in her book)

I've had the pleasure of hearing Ms Shelton lecture, i may not agree with all she says but i admire her work.
