Well, I definitely didn't see that coming and I don't actually know what happened. I can only assume a lot of traders who got in on the way up were trying to make a dollar and thought this was their best chance. As it dropped I guess a few stop losses got triggered and that helped cement the drop. Regardless, it's still the same stock I imagined it to be prior to today. I thought the grade might be slightly higher, but I didn't expect there to be 180MT, so all in all the result is marginally better than I expected. We'll find out what the brokers say, and how the institutions act, in good time.
Owning BTR is like raising kids. Lots of joy and tears, and you can experience one when you expect the other. Today was one of those days. I can't say today worried me. But it did confuse me. It's still a good stock with good management, and as I keep pointing out, will eventually be worth what it's worth. I think I might need to drink the good wine tonight anyway
