WTC bullish price movement, page-46

I made some money with big percentage gain on WTC but I played small. But I have a fear now. It jumped so high after the 2018 full year results then it got sold off pretty quickly. That jump was on the back of a decent amount of selling down to $15.50. There is a sense of deja vu here back to Feb of 2018 when WTC was running up a its highest at that point in time. Then it crashed spectacularly on its half year result announcement. I personally know a high level director in WTC for 4-5 years by now and we communicate now and then. Of course, the news is good that the company is doing very well. But the challenge is well known about all successful startups. The growth will slow and the valuation is so lofty. He agreed with me that the market thought WTC was way over valued when it was at $17. The CEO stated around 3 months ago that the focus will be in Asia for the future. This simply means the US and European markets no longer a fast growth area for WTC.

As WTC has gone nuts since it was dumped down to $15 in the last Oct market crash, I fear that those who enter at this level will be medium term bag holders. The stock may crash tomorrow just like it did in Feb 2018. I am keeping just 1 share as a token to remind me that this can become a good play again one day. This is a case of the risk is too high over the potential reward. Any small disappointment is going to be a good reason for profit taking. Any serious doubt will cause a 15%-20% crash in a single day. Shorts must be itching right now. BTW, I see WTC on ASX short sales list (not high but present).
