noticed WTE has had large volume again today, it looks like someone is accumulating,it has had 5 large volume trading days this month already and the price has been creeping up, break out looks imenent but why, has anyone heard anything...something looks like is going on..but what......goodluck to those that hold........watching very closley now.........could be an intresting afternoon......
