The Dow will come back tonight - maybe 200 points as the realisation of tax cuts being rammed through the Congress sinks in. That's US$1300 billion injection into the US economy starting shortly and lasting 10 years.
Might ruin the US economy after a few years, or be repealed before the 10 years is up, but worry about that later.
