I think I heard Vince say somewhere the main delay at this stage was due to covid and the slower process they were needing to go through with getting best price for the capex items from international, shipping times/costs blowing out due to covid etc...
I would assume resource, flowsheet, processing, mine design, all that is ironed out, and they are just down to massaging the numbers?
This is just from memory but others follow more closely and will have more accurate insight.
