Thank you, I actually think when I read your post the first time that got me looking into the EPA, just taken me awhile to find time to get something coherent together!
The fact the likes of Advisian are on board definitely fills me with confidence when one of the EPAs additional information requirements was clarifications on GHG emissions and on the front page of Advisian: "Setting the bar for emissions reporting and engineering practices". Who better can you get?
Details of managing intersection with a Emissions Reduction Fund project....umm hello, V-Sun...Water Corp trial...VRFB installed in remote community. I feel AVL are well ahead of the curve there.
