Wise Owl is well aware that CAY is so close to obtaining the BFS and MC, I am actually suspecting issuance of their investment newsletter is timed to pick up as many CAY shares at around 10-12c as possible before CAY's next announcement which IMO is imminent and will cause CAY SP to be re-rated significantly.
IMO, there is no way the SP is still at this level once CAY has got the BFS and MC. Besides, ML, OT, JV or even TO are likely to follow soon after BFS and MC are in hand.
Think before you hit the sell button. Don't be fooled by the small percentage rise. You may miss out the MULTIPLES
