Seems to me inho that the directors are very far away from reality of what sharholders are expecting. With the sp now down to 12 month lows and even more dilution it seems to me that it's time to bail out, esp since there are many more new smaller, possibly better designs hard on the heels of VCR. Even if it gets all the approvals, these are only 2-3 years behind. Big disappointment this stock and sad to see it go ut the reality is there are many, many more stocks at the moment that give better returns.
