I am believer of the deposits and concept, just that this is going nowhere while the status quo is maintained. HCH just can't seem to get any traction cause of the poor communication and idleness of the company, however the big shareholders don't seem to mind having their capital sitting in this stock that is, by management's words, in neutral.
