I know there is a lot of crap on hotcopper but the thing that sticks in my head when I asked eric about the debt & what was the situation with the banks as this was my biggest concern , Eric's reply went something like " we have a very good relationship with them, to the point I speak with them 3 times a week & not because I have to but because I want to" & then something about it being there best performing loan in the sector.
