It's the shell waiting for somebody to buy it re a backdoor listing - won't be trading until somebody purchases the entity of which you will have your diluted position in whatever entity decides to list.
It was the same with the other holders of the original entity that became RES - I think it was called CDA? (can't recall but others on this company thread would know).
