Looks like OXR's done well merging with ZFX with zinc "scraping bottom" or at the botom of a cycle. I reckon it is a good match, with a no-brainer 50-50 split down the middle. The directors of both companies have displayed uncharacteristic brilliance (not many boards are above board when it comes to mergers) when viewed with the benefit of hindsight. The union should be supported.
