Some folks are indeed very calm - politicians seem to be very relaxed, so much so that that it is very difficult to find a pen and must be even harder to put a signature on a few pieces of paper. It seems terribly hard strenuous work thus must take it real slow and easy. Any year now.
Perhaps those types of pens are rare - maybe on back order and very expensive with cost of living and all.
